Youth Mental Health

Being a youth is hard, we are here to help. Youth face a number of unique challenges and stressors and often aren’t sure where to go for support. Our youth mental health programming offers safe spaces and opportunities for youth to connect and learn that they aren’t alone in this world or in their struggles. Our programs range from a full-day, interactive workshops to exciting and fun evening activities that help youth build strong and healthy peer relationships as well as learn different skills for managing their life stressors.
Children's Workshop

A 1-day workshop for youth in grades 2-3 that discusses thoughts and feelings with youth to promote better emotional regulation and self-soothing using health coping skills.

Our Support & Friendship Nights are monthly activities to help continue to foster health peer relationships between youth who have attended our youth workshops. All youth between the ages of 10-17 are welcome to join our Support & Friendship Nights.
